  I've read an article in Independent by Sabrina Barr called " When is Easter 2021 and why does the date change every year?". It was about what is Easter, how it is celebrate and why the Easter date changes every year. Easter is one from two the most important festival for Christians. It commemorates the Jesus Christus resurrection following the crucifixion. For people, who don't believe in God it's time to meet with family and spent time together.  In this year Easter is on Sunday 4 April. The date, when is Easter, depends on lunisolar calendar. The date of Easter Sunday falls on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the vernal equinox in March.  In my opinion it's interestin, because many people, even when they're Christians, don't know why the Easter date changes every year. Maybe it's because, now the date is automaticly inscribed to the calendar and people don't need why the date changes. They only need the date, because the...

I've read an article in Independet by Chantal da Silva called " Finland remains happiest country in the world - even during Covid". It shows that Finland is on the of World Happieness Report, for the fourth year in a row. In this year Finland was was put to the test because of Covid-19 pandemic, but it wasn't an problem. In fact, it was something that helped the residents of Finland during the lockdown. People trust each other and have confidence in government. Maybe this was crucial thing in this situation. The other countries in this ranking was merely in north Europe (9 out of 10). Afganistan found the least happy country in the whole world, with Zimbabwe and Rwanda just above the South Asian nation. It shows that in the north of europe people are happier than somewhere.

 I've read an article in Independent by Louise Hall called " 'A little bit of normalcy’: Chicago River dyed green after mayor reverses St Patrick’s Day decision". It was about a celebration of St Patrick’s Day. In 2020 all forms of celebration St Patrick's Day was canceled because of Covid-19 pandemic. In this year it was supposed to be the same. Altough, a few days before this day mayor Lori Lightfoot made a decision to continue the tradition despite of Covid. Finnaly the Chicago River was dyed green. The event was not published before "to minimise crowds and avoid congregating".  In my opinion mayor made good decision. It was a piece of normal during the Covid-19 pandemic. It wasn't as dangerous and i think that people, who are live there was very happy about this.

 I've read an article in Independent by Ian Hamilton called "It’s not just a bad hangover – this is how alcohol affects the environment.". It was merely about impact alcohol to enviroment. It shows that a lot of water is used to produce alcohol: " (...) one 500ml bottle of beer uses 148 litres of water – and a single 125ml glass of wine, 110 litres". And it also shows that now there is a situation, where alcohol production is more important than the food production. In my opinion it's unacceptable, that something like this has happend. Many people on the world need food to survive and by alcohol production it is taken away from them. Food production should be on the first place in every country. The alcohol production should be possible only if there is enough food. Alcohol is not need in our life and we should focus on important things. Drinking alcohol is only a pleasure. 

 I've read an article in Independent by Chelsea Ritschel called "UberEats driver receives thousands in donations after sharing ‘heartbreaking’ TikTok about the importance of tipping". The title speaks for itself. It was about a man, who is a UberEats driver. He published a video on TikTok, where he told what it’s like to be a delivery driver. Before this video he was currently on the brink of homelessness because he has to “prove three times the rent for income in two weeks”. However, after this video he get a lot of donations and he was able to live at home. One video changed his life 360 degrees. In my opinion he is right about that customers shuld give tips to their drivers. For them it's only a few dollars, but for the driver it's something, that can change his life situation. It's amazing. I know that a lot of people don't have enough money to give a very big tip, but when they are ordering food often means that the have this money, but they're ...

  I have read an ariticle in Independet by Alex Pattle called "Will the Tokyo Olympics go ahead in 2021?". It left about 200 days until the the scheduled start date of the 2020 Olympics, but the decision  whether or not to take place hasn't been made yet. They are to be held in Tokyo, but few days ago the Japanese Prime Minister implemented state of emergency there, owing to an alarming spread of Covid-19 cases. The delay will cost almost 3 billion dollars. In my opinion The Tokyo Olympics should take place but without the audience. And so in most countries training and matches are held. The Olympic wouldn't be much different from currently playing matches. I know that the cost of lack of audience will be big but not as big as it would be when the whole entertainment will be delay.        I have read an ariticle in Independet by Olivia Petter called "How do lockdowns work and has England used them correctly?". It shows us how unfavorably the lockdown influenced to UK residents. People feel more alone and the economic situation is is the worst compared to the last few decades. The same is in the in most countries of the world. Uk is also accused of implementing the lockdown too late. Supposedly it could survive a lot of lives even if lockdown had started a week earlier. I think that no one was prepared for the covid -19 pandemic and the UK's government has done everything it can to prevent a pandemic. No one should say, what could we do.
