Fake news

In my opinion fake news is a serious problem in our contemporary world. Young people very often use internet to find information about something or somebody. If a lie is written they will believe it.
It does not take much time for fake news on a currently popular topic in the country to spread quickly around its inhabitants.
Fake news can also affect politics in the country.  It is not difficult to falsify evidence.  Later this can have a big impact on other people's decisions.  That is why it is always worth checking the reliability of the sources, because not everything we read or see may turn out to be true.

  1. So we should train ourselves in recognising and fact-checking fake news. I couldn't agree more.

The largest airport in the world

First we need to estabilish our criteria.  The largest airport in the world in terms of international passenger traffic is Dubai International Airport.  It is the seat of one of the world's most luxurious airlines - Emirates. Dedicated for use by this Airline, Terminal 3 increased Dubai International’s total capacity by 43 million passengers per year. The airport is not small in terms of the area either; it spreads over an area of 2,900 hectares. In total, it has 3 terminals, however Terminal 3 in Dubai International airport is the second-largest building in the world by floor space and the largest airport terminal in the world. With 88 million passengers, 2.65 million tons of cargo, and 409,493 aircraft movements in 2017, it is the world's busiest airport by international passenger traffic and has been so for four consecutive years. Dubai International airport is also the sixth-busiest cargo airport in the world. https://www.oxfordsaudia.com/en/blog/largest-airport-wor...

How many people must work at the airport for air traffic to run smoothly?

Around 1.7 million people work at airports worldwide.  The income generated in this way amounts to less than EUR 70 billion a year.  The largest number of jobs directly at airports is in Germany (220.5 thousand), Great Britain (199.2 thousand), France (168.8 thousand) and Turkey (168.6 thousand).  23.1 thousand people work at Polish airports.  people.  But how many people do you need to operate the largest airport that I described two posts earlier?  It employs about 90,000 people.  This is more than all Polish airports and there are as many as 62 of them. This shows the size and capacity of these airports. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dubai_International_Airport https://eu.usatoday.com/story/travel/flights/2016/03/30/airport-workers-employees/82385558/ https://www.pasazer.com/mobi/news/25267/ponad,12,mln,miejsc,pracy,na,lotniskach,w,europie.html

The biggest airplane crash

The biggest plane crash was a collision of two planes on 27 March 1977 at an airport in Tenerife. Two Boeing 747 passenger jets, operating KLM Flight 4805 and Pan Am Flight 1736, collided on the runway at Los Rodeos AirPort (now Tenerife North Airport) on the Spanish island of Tenerife. In total, 583 people died. This accident is the dealiest in aviation history. Sixty-one of the passengers on the Pan Am flight survived. Now the question is: What caused the collision in which so many people died? Like many serious accidents, the cause was not a single error or failure but a chain of events that ultimately led, in his case, to this accident. As the airport was unusually busy that day, some aircraft were required to taxi down the main runway prior to take off and then make a 180-degree turn, in a maneuver called a "back-taxi", which the KLM flight was requested to do. The Pan Am 747 follows shortly after but was requested to exit the runway. During the maneuver, the Pan Am pi...
